Chris Morley
Chief Executive Officer

  • Chris Morley was appointed CEO in January 2021. Prior to Lightpath, Mr. Morley served as Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Zayo Group.
  • Mr. Morley studied at University of Denver and holds a BSBA degree in Finance.

Rachel Stack
Chief Financial Officer

  • Rachel Stack was appointed Chief Financial Officer in August 2024. She previously served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy & Development at Zayo Group Holdings.
  • Prior to that, she was an investment banker covering the communications infrastructure sector atRBC Capital Markets. Rachel holds an undergraduate degree as well as an MBA from Columbia University.

Tim Haverkate
Chief Commercial Officer, Major Infrastructure Solutions

  • Tim Haverkate was appointed Chief Commercial Officer in February 2026. Previously, he served as EVP Commercial Operations at Lightpath, and Senior Product, Sales and Finance roles for Zayo Group.
  • Mr. Haverkate holds a bachelor’s degree from University of Northern Colorado, and an MBA from University of Colorado.

Doug Turtz
Chief Revenue Officer

  • Doug Turtz was appointed CRO in April 2024. Mr. Turtz previously served as SVP of Sales at Lightpath, VP of Sales at Crown Castle, and SVP of Sales at Lightower.
  • Mr. Turtz holds a bachelors degree from Washington University in St. Louis in Economics and a graduate degree from Boston University in Communications.

Massimo Cardarelli
EVP Operations

  • Massimo Cardarelli was appointed Senior Vice President of Operations in October 2023. Previously, he served in senior Operation and Engineering roles for Lightpath, Crown Castle, Lightower and AboveNet Communications.
  • Mr. Cardarelli studied at St John’s University and holds a Bachelor of Science, Finance.

Chris Yost
Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel

  • Chris Yost was appointed Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel in February 2026. Mr. Yost previously served as General Counsel at Lightpath and other leadership roles at Bandwidth Infrastructure Group, Zayo Group, and Level 3 Communications.
  • Mr. Yost holds a bachelor's degree from Western Michigan University, and a law degree from Catholic University.

Kathleen Buchholz
Chief Administrative Officer

  • Kathleen Buchholz was appointed Chief Administrative Officer in February 2026. Previously, she served as Executive Vice President Finance/Controller and has held various financial positions at Zayo, including CFO for Canada and Europe operations.
  • Ms. Buchholz holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Regis University and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Denver.

Jason Tibbs
Chief Information Officer

  • Jason Tibbs was appointed Chief Information Officer in February 2024. He previously served as CIO and other leadership roles at Wyyerd Group / Kire Systems and Zayo Group.
  • Mr. Tibbs holds a bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Management from DeVry Institute of Technology.
